My background as a special education teacher (psychopedagogue)
After studying psychology, I chose to become a primary school teacher, a profession I practised for around twenty years.
I taught in multi-level classrooms, priority education settings, and a Freinet school, and worked with students with intellectual disabilities or behavioural difficulties. I also trained student teachers.
I later specialised by obtaining the CAPPEI qualification and supported students with attentional difficulties, behavioural challenges, or learning difficulties. I also worked alongside teachers as a resource person. I led projects aimed at developing students’ psychosocial skills, including empathy, emotional awareness, identification of needs, and the integration of body-based well-being practices and music, by rythms and singing.
I then worked as a coordinator for students with special educational needs at a French international school, supporting children, families, and teachers in adapting educational pathways.
I further specialised in neurodevelopmental disorders, particularly ADHD, and trained education professionals by providing both knowledge and pedagogical support.
I am currently pursuing advanced training in Quebec-based orthopedagogical approaches and in therapy by nature.
My background as a yoga teacher

I first discovered Hatha Yoga through the teachings of Desikachar.
After around eight years of both group and personal practice, I trained at the Institut Français de Yoga with Laurence Maman.
I then chose to deepen my knowledge of traditional Hatha Yoga with Neda at Yogalite, where I graduated as a certified yoga teacher. I continued my training in India at the Kaivalyadhama Institute in order to teach children with autism or intellectual disabilities. I was later trained in English by Sandeep Wankhade, a senior teacher trainer from the same institute, with whom we continue to collaborate.
To better protect the back and strengthen the core, I trained in the De Gasquet method, which I consider extremely valuable. I was also introduced to Wutao, Munz Floor, and Feldenkrais practices to deepen my understanding of fascia-based work. This led me to create the Wave Somatics method.
I have supported a wide range of people, both individually and in groups, through private classes, associations, and schools: children with ADHD, autistic adults, individuals with psychological difficulties, seniors, and more.
