Gentle, slow, and wave-like somatic yoga inspired by fascia work.
Breath, spiral movements, and nervous system regulation.

As a yoga teacher, I developed the Wave Somatics method, inspired by my various trainings and personal research.
My approach aims to:
• regulate the nervous system
• release physical tension
• promote a state of inner peace

With particular attention given to neurodivergent individuals:
ADHD, autistic adults, people with psychological difficulties, or chronic pain.
Wave Somatics is a gentle, slow, and mindful somatic movement approach inspired by fascia work, spiral body patterns, and deep awareness of internal sensations.
Through fluid, wave-like movements in rhythm with the breath, the body reorganises itself and tension is released.
Particular attention is given to breathing during movement, based on the De Gasquet method, which helps strengthen the body’s core muscles.
There is no performance and no ideal posture.
This method can be practised by anyone, with no prior experience required.
I look forward to accompanying you on your yoga journey!
