These terms and conditions govern the use of the Calm & Focus World website and the various services provided by Dorothée Deseure.

1. Presentation of the Ecosystem

Calm & Focus World is an ecosystem offering educational, somatic, and creative support dedicated to neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, DYS, ASD, HPI) and sensitive profiles of all ages.

2. Description of Services

– Educational Coaching: Support for children and adolescents facing attention, organization, or learning difficulties.

– Somatic Yoga: Gentle Hatha yoga and somatic movement focused on body awareness, breathwork, and fascia release.

– Carnatic Music: Traditional Indian music lessons (vocals, Venu flute, Mridangam) taught in English by Sreekumar Ramakrishnan.

– Travel Design (Journeys): Bespoke travel planning and itineraries for sensitive and neurodivergent travelers.

– Language Courses: French and English

– Nature-Based Support: Forest bathing, facilitation of groups for children with ADHD, and yoga classes.

3. Important Disclaimer

The approach of Calm & Focus World is strictly educational, somatic, and relational. These services are not medical or therapeutic and do not constitute a medical diagnosis.

4. Service Delivery and Confidentiality

– Format: All sessions (coaching, yoga, music, languages, journeys) are held exclusively online via video call, accessible worldwide.

– Initial Meeting: A first free exchange is offered to clarify the user’s needs and goals.

– Confidentiality: All exchanges via contact forms or during sessions are strictly confidential.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with regulations for online services, you benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of your purchase. However, please note that this right cannot be exercised if the service begins immediately.

6. Pricing and Payment Methods

– Coaching: €50 for 45 minutes or €60 for 1 hour.

– Yoga: €50 for an individual session and between €10 and €15 for a group session.

– Music: €30 for an individual lesson and €10 for a group lesson.

– Travel Design: Flat fee of €350 for a complete personalized itinerary.

– Language Courses: €25 for a one-hour lesson.

– Nature Outings: €150 for a half-day session.

Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via credit card or bank transfer.

7. Specific Conditions for “Journeys”

Dorothée Deseure acts as a Travel Designer providing consultancy and personalized itineraries. This service does not constitute a travel agency, and Calm & Focus World does not handle bookings for transportation or accommodation.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content and logos (Calm & Focus Coaching, Yoga, Journeys, Music) are the property of Dorothée Deseure. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
